12 m water depth: Our state-of-the-art facility has two berths with a water depth of 12 metres, ideal for all types of car carriers and RoRo vessels.

Wharves:
Braunschweig Quay: approx. 320 m (water depth 12 m)
Lüneburg Quay: approx. 275 m (water depth 12 m)

RoRo ships can berth up to 250 metres at our quayside and lower their ramps, whether side, stern or inclined ramps, onto the site for loading and unloading.

Storage space: Our ISPS-certified terminal area covers 11 hectares (110,000 square metres) and offers space for the storage and handling of up to 5,000 vehicles, including charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. Our experienced crew takes care of unloading the vehicles from lorries and loading them onto sea-going vessels, where we secure them safely for the sea voyage. We specialise in the handling of special vehicles, whether self-propelled or on Mafis, and have extensive experience in handling vehicles transported in containers.

Independent of the tide: Thanks to our location in Wilhelmshaven's inland harbour behind one of the largest double locks in the world with a length of 400 m, we are able to load and unload RoRo ships without any tide and without delay. No tidal range or currents get in the way. 

Customs and documents: Jade Car Logistics has many years of experience in dealing with export and import procedures, knows all the necessary customs procedures and maintains professional contacts with the relevant authorities for fast and uncomplicated processing.
